ralph Posts: 53	Re: Big, bigger, biggest Cliffdrop... this is sick, but has for me noting to do with riding anymore... know a guy who did an "old" record down in NZ... he can't move his legs anymore since then... broke his back, but got in the tv news... no thanks, i stick with my riding stile, having fun instead of traying to kill my self by droping a cliff as high as possible... the world record by the way is from a swedish rider about 107m (but it was by an accident and not by a willing jump) the video from this drop can be found here: http://www.nrk.no/nett-tv/nyheter/spill/verdi/83136

max Posts: 3	Re: Big, bigger, biggest Cliffdrop... stupid! things like that should not be published. this is the reason why ppl talk like that about this wonderful sport! it's more than stupid to fly off a 60m+ cliff and landing on the head! it has nothing to do with freeriding for me. it's more about pushing limits that never existed!

ralph Posts: 53	Re: Big, bigger, biggest Cliffdrop... agree. that kinde of jumps should never be postet. it's just "oh i wana get into the guiness book so let's tray to kill my self" stuff but has noting to do with riding at all... but as we spee from limigs pushing the real limit like in big mountain can as well be dangeres... one example is the japanese rider in the xtreme verbier (lucky he only got bruses and no serious inguries... how ever, most people in this level know what they are doing, but kids out there not always, they just wana be cool and get in serious trouble while traying to "go radical"
